Horrible experience. I will never use this company again nor would I recommend anyone to use this company. First, my appointment was set for Wednesday which then I was called a couple hours later to change for Thursday. Was suppose to get a call 30mins prior to the tech showing up, called me when he was there and had to rush out of work and told me I had 5 mins to get home. Upon arrival, tech didn’t introduce himself or anything. Into to the repair, he quickly looked at the stove, checked the power with his meter at the stove and decided to tell me the wiring of my house was the issue. I advised him that couldn’t be the problem, the previous stove was working fine. He unplugged the stove, checked power at my plug for the stove and then said that was fine, so he proceeded to tell me the new cable I had purchased was bad and to buy a new one. I asked him if he had an extra one in his truck to verify that was the issue and told me no they don’t do that and took off. I exchanged my cable for another one wired it in within 20 mins of him leaving and still had the same issue so I contact the company and the technician to return to properly check the stove. Company set me up to come out the next week and the tech replied to me to get a second opinion somewhere else. I contact the manufacturer of the stove and returned it in the end. Bought the same new stove from Lowe’s, plugged it in and everything worked fine. The problem is with the stove that the tech did not want/nor did he properly diagnose. Again. I will never use to this company again.

Our dishwasher broke last January. Since then your service person has been here 4 or 5 times. It is still not working and they say they are waiting for parts. So for3 months we have not been able to use it. I am very displeased with the service and at this time I feel like you do not know how to fix a dishwasher that was less than I year when it stopped working. What kind of service do you give?

Jose put in new element, but red light did not come on to tell the temperature of oven. He said he have to order another part. He also told me that I had to move the stove myself. I am 85 years old and cannot move stove by myself. He was very rude. I
