Jose was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and most of all understanding. I had quite a frustrating situation and he was empathetic and took the time to validate my feelings and advise me of a solution. It felt as if he truly cared for my problem, not that I was just another service call.

Jordan was good and took time to explain the different options. The issue I had with the diagnostic service was that it was not able to pinpoint the exact area of the leak, which is the main reason why we called for service. Hope the diagnostic techniques can be improved to find the exact area causing the issue.

This service request was made through our Frigidaire warranty. I left a message yesterday between 5-6pm once we received a message that our request for an afternoon appointment would be morning instead. In my message, I specified they would need to call my cell, as our home number does not ring through if a number is not stored in our directory. I also mentioned our morning walk being the reason for the request for an afternoon appointment. This message was clearly not passed to the technician, as he read back the last 4 digits of our home number. I have our camera sensing his arrival at 9:24, however I was unable to let him in immediately, since I was unprepared for his arrival, having never received a call to my cell number as requested. Upon entering our home, he unscrewed the stovetop, commenting about Frigidaire's quality control, and how people need to to their research. What an insulting thing to say to someone who just did their research and chose this range feeling it was the best fit for our needs! He used his flashlight to show me that there are no springs, and constructed poorly. Okay, I understand that. Upon lowering the range, it no longer bounces. This whole interaction took less than 5 minutes, as he left our house at 9:29. I'm so put off by the clear lack of communication between the home office and technicians, as well as his rude comment, I'll be requesting a different service provider when we contact Frigidaire in the future.
