The serviceman, service and communication was very professional. Parts had to be ordered, we received a text letting us know they had arrived so we could make appt for serviceman to come out. But we received a call from RR within 5 minutes of receiving the text, they called to make appt for the serviceman to come out. I didn’t even have to call them. By the next day, it was repaired and working properly. Thank you RR and Marvyn for repairing our refrigerator without much hassle.
