While the original service call for warranty service was pleasant enough, the issue was not resolved. RR refused to come out again to provide WARRANTY service requested through their contracted vendor, Frigidaire. The woman who answered the phone at their call center talked over me and insisted I call Frigidaire when I had already done so and was simply calling to confirm my second appointment time as instructed by Frigidaire. I would’ve never chosen this company on my own for any type of service due to the level of classlessness and unprofessionalism demonstrated by the woman who takes their phone calls, but I was in between a rock and a hard place as Frigidaire has a contract with them. Frigidaire called RR themselves and got the same response from this gem of a receptionist, so they ended up scheduling an in-house technician to come out to diagnose and correct the problem. TLDR: the technician was fine but the issue wasn’t fully diagnosed and resolved, and the company refused to come out for an additional warranty service visit as instructed to do by Frigidaire. Their customer service staff is extremely unprofessional (to the point where I kept waiting to be told I was being pranked for TV because I couldn’t believe a business would actually allow someone to speak to customers this way).
