When tech came to the door he was not wearing a Mask .i indicated that I wished him to wear it . Once in my home he failed to keep the mask on . This is not acceptable given the current climate . I am nearly 70 and I follow the rules regarding corona virus . I know it’s uncomfortable but it’s needed for all concerned . I have 2 newly born grand children .Mr Freeman

Friendly and knowledgeable on both visits but on the second visit to install the replacement parts, he was in a hurry. I could hear him throwing tools around and sliding things on my tile floor. I know he ran into difficulty because he had to pull out the dishwasher to fix the machine, I gave him cardboard so that he wouldn’t scratch the floor when doing that. I wish he had used the other piece of cardboard for his tools. I checked for scratches with him before he left and everything looked okay, but after he left, I did see some scratches on a tile. I can live with that, but I tell you this so that you can consider having your techs carry moving blankets, heavy cardboard or something to protect customer’s flooring, countertops, or whatever is beings used for them to get the job done.

Darius Arthur is professional and knows his stuff. My issues are not with him. He's great, personable and knows his stuff. The personnel who coordinate appointments are not accommodating. There is a disconnect between Electrolux and RR. I prefer morning appointments. Electrolux schedules a morning appt & RR changes it to afternoons saying they don't offer morning appointments. That's poor service. I asked repeatedly to have service as early as possible in the afternoon. It was around 5 PM when service arrived. The window of 12:30 to 5:30 is way too long. It s/b 2 hours like most other services. To require people to be home virtually all day is not accommodating, especially for those who work and jobs are hard to find and keep nowadays. I hope improvements and a more customer-centered experience can be developed.

Carlos, the technician, was kind, courteous & professional & went above-and-beyond to explain the problem & answer questions. A+ Only issue I had was with the dispatcher who called the day before to reschedule for the following week due to an over scheduling issue. Thank goodness I got an automated call before Carlos arrived. Would have been frustrating if I had missed him due to poor communication.
