Manuel arrived within the time frame scheduled. He was experienced in diagnosing and servicing the refrigerator problem, and was efficient in repairing and performing the service. Best part was the fridge was restored to proper operating function. Thank you!

I was left with a no working dishwasher , it wouldn’t even turn on after he left. Supposedly he said he left it working , light were flashing and nothing worked. We had to go and buy a new one. He couldn’t explain why the motor was not working, . He said the temperature was not working and again it seemed fine when he tested it on front of me . Nothing he said made sense within 5 min he was gone and I was left with nothing but a 95 bill. They refused to come back and look at it until the following week. I do no recommend this company it very much seemed he pulled things out of the sky and couldn’t give me a logical explanation why my machine was not heating or cleaning properly.

Manual, our service provider was good overall. Fixed our dyer. RR Appliances has been a major disappointment. Communication was poor and not accurate from a customers point of view: - Office staff uses speaker phone to talk to customers - they are often difficult to hear, unclear in providing their names. - Our dryer required a part that Manuel told me that he would place the order for immediately. He estimated 2-5 days, but did state that there have been some delays with getting parts. - After hearing nothing by the end of the week I called the office and the woman who answer was very flippant in her response that they had no idea how long it would take someone we would receive a text message when the part was in. - The following week I called again, similar response to above, not further offer to check, validate, etc.. - I could find the part on Amazon, Maytag's website, an appliance part supplier website - each of which said the part could ship immediately. - Spoke with Whirlpool/Maytag customer service by phone who told me that they could see an order noted on my account; however, it did not specify the exact part number and explained that each warranty vendor has a parts contact that can assist them. - RR Appliances communication is off. When they will say you will receive a text, you receive a call, an email, you get automated voicemail. It is all over the place.
