The original problem was that the microwave won turn off at all, either with door open or closed neither when pushing cancelled. The latch assembly doesn’t hold the micro switches firmed they are loose not allowing proper contact to connect the switches. I told the customer that I will try to get the latch assembly but I was not sure we could be able to get it because was discontinued.
